DiMaggio is a little purr bucket. Anytime he is touched, he purrs like a little engine. He loves people. You can hold him on his back and
rub his chest forever. He will lie next to anyone that will show him attention.

DiMaggio needs someone who wants a loving and playful cat. He will chase strings and balls all over the place. Basically, he is an adorable
kitten that will become an adorable and loving cat.
UPDATE: 2-12-08 Poor little DiMaggio developed a cyst on his neck a few weeks ago. It was removed without any problems. But he did look like "Franken-kitty"
for a couple weeks. He had an incision about an inch and a half long with nine white sutures poking out from his black shaved neck. He is
all healed now. All you can see is a long white scar that will soon be covered by his fur.

DiMaggio is now four months old and an incredibly loving kitten. He is sweet and playful with other cats. But he loves people most of all.
He will curl up next to anyone expecting to be pet and will lie there for hours. He also loves to sleep under the covers. Watch out where
 you sit!

DiMaggio would love a family with another cat or children to play with. He doesn't mind dogs either. Being the only spoiled pet would be
 okay with him too.

Our vets are very kind and generous with our animals, but it is still very costly to have a surgery and testing for this type of care. Please
consider making a donation to help us with the cost of Joe's surgery. His surgery alone was $228, which doesn't count his neuter or other vetting he has had done .
Please click on the Sponsor Me button to donate to help defray the cost of Joe's surgery. His adoption fee is still only $100.

The foster parents would like to adopt him out within an hours drive of St Louis, MO.

Thank you Tim and Lisa Kappert for sponsoring Joe!
